Reservation cancellation

Individual reservation:

The guest can cancel the reservation for free up to 2 days before the arrival.
In case of cancellation one day and less before the arrival, the guest pays 100% of the stay.
In case the guest arrives after agreed date or will shortens the stay, the entire stay has to be paid.

Group reservations from 8 rooms:

The stay must be paid no later than 31 days before arrival (decisive is receipt of money on account). If the reservation is not paid it is automatically cancelled without any compensation. The SLADOVNA Apartments reserves the right to occupy the dates with other guests.

If the cancellation is made 31 days before the arrival day, 0% of total price will be charged.

If the cancellation is made less than 30-15 days before the arrival day, 50% of total price will be charged.

If the cancellation is made less than 14-8 days before the arrival day, 70% of total price will be charged.

If the cancellation is made less than 7–0 days before the arrival day, 100% of total price will be charged.

For all reservations:

In case the guest or the group arrives after agreed date or shortens the visit – the entire stay has to be paid.
